EPRD will support local Jaspers office in Bukareszt unit and assess if key investment projects in the energy and environmental sectors are qualified and in accordance with EU IPPC/IED and EIA directives. The two experts shall assist JASPERS staff in reviewing project proposals in environmental and energy sectors and to provide an expert opinion about the technical and procedural aspects.
