Support to the transition of the Civil Servants Agency into the Agency of Administration in Macedonia

FYROM / Agency for Administration (AA) (the former Civil Servants Agency (CSA).

The overall objective of the project is to assist the process of transition of the Civil Servants Agency (CSA) into the Agency of Administration (AA) in line with the amended legislation following the best practices of the EU Member States. The assignment will provide assistance to the AA in the transition period, including drafting of relevant policy documents, bylaws, work programmes etc in the areas of the new responsibilities. In addition, support is to be provided to Ministry for Information Society and Administration (MISA) in the follow up of the IPA 2007 support to civil servants training project. The specific objective of this assignment is to assist the new Agency to smoothly undertake its new roles given by the amended legislation including: - preparation of the internal documents and procedures, - drafting the work programmes and action plans, - on to job training of the staff etc. Additionally, the project will support the MISA in smooth absorption and implementation of its responsibilities laid within the Strategy for training of civil servants
