The overall objective of this assignment is to support the Government of Nigeria in the formulation of the 10th EDF Federal Governance Reform Programme by developping the relevant project ideas, selected during the identification phase, into project options; and produce a complete set of project formulation documents for the EU intervention on federal governance within the scope of the FGN-EU 10th EDF National Indicative Programme.
