The overall objective of the project – strengthening human resource capacities and making the labour market work effectively; contributing to the overall development of the society of the country, promoting the economic and social cohesion. Purpose – improving the institutional capacity of labour market management and employment service delivery at national, entity and sub-entity levels. The implementation of the project will take 24 months overall.
