The overall objective of the assignment is to ensure the implementation of the IPARD Programme 2007-2013 in a most efficient and effective way and to increase the capacity of the IPARD Agency to full fill the required implementation tasks. The specific objective of the assignment is to provide a detailed training for the staff carrying out the project analysis in order to ensure that economically and financially viable investment projects are supported in the frame of the IPARD Programme.
