In complying with EU directives, the Strategy of the state administration reform, European Partnership and National Integration Programme for the EU Integration, the Ministry of Finance aims to achieve an economic effective and efficient administration by developing Public Internal Financial Control. The general objective of the project is to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and transparency in the allocation and expenditure of public funds. The project will also contribute to the continued process of public administration reform through de-centralisation of financial management and control. The specific objective is to assist the EUD in drafting and finalising TORs for the technical assistance project, in line with the project fiche. Consultant shall also analyse and assess outputs of the previous phase project.
