The project aims to achieve a progressive alignment of the beneficiary countries with the standards and policies of the European Union, including where appropriate the aquis communitaire, with a view to membership. Moreover, the assignment relates to providing two experts for participation as voting member in the tenders’ evaluation committee for two contracts to be implemented by EC Delegation to Montenegro: -Technical Assistance to Improve the Business Environment for Small and Rural Enterprises -Technical Assistance to local self government reform
