Global objective(s) To support the ARDSI (IPARD agency) in implementing the actions required for obtaining the accreditation of the ARDSI for IPA Component V. To design and elaborate the “Accreditation Package for Activities of ARDSI” according to the provisions of the Sectoral and Framework Agreements and other relevant IPA Regulations of EU for Conferral of Management from European Commission with regards to IPARD. Specific objective(s) is to support the development of all the manuals of procedures for ARDSI. To provide ARDSI with hand-on support in preparing and implementing all the activities to ensure their compliance with the accreditation criteria in the context of IPARD. To support the Internal Audit Unit of the ARDSI in developing and/or improving its audit procedures in relation to IPARD.
