The evaluation envisaged in the framework of this research will be conducted on the basis of analysis of cohesion and complementarity of operational programmes’ implemented during periods 2004-2006 and 2007-2013 objectives, their lists of individual projects and systems of projects selection criteria related to Human Capital Operational Programme. The analysis will encompass the complementarity, both on the level of programmes and particular priorities as well as in relation to the projects currently implemented in the framework of HC OP in świętokrzyskie voivodship.
