Labour market reform and workforce development in Montenegro

The objective of the project is to support institution and capacity building in the "labour and education administration" (the MLSW and EAM) in developing active labour market measures (especially community based partnerships) and framework for a life-long career guidance and counselling service in Montenegro. The project comprises three components: (i) Component 1: Institution Building at Central Level (beneficiary institution: MLSW) (ii) Component 2: Active Labour Market Measures (beneficiary institution: EAM) (iii) Component 3: Career Guidance and Counselling, CGC (beneficiary institution: MES)
