EPRD’s Department of Business and Human Resources Development was granted the certificate in May this year.
This particular ISO norm concerns a set of requirements related to the quality management system established within the company. The term “ISO” itself comes from the International Organisation for Standardisation, which formulates standards for various products and systems. ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard, which is confirmed by the number of certificates in force (over 1 million in 2016).
Obtaining the certificate was possible due to commitment of our employees, as well as effective management of processes and risks. The certificate proves that all our Clients can expect both the highest quality services and professional approach.
