The consortium of international companies led by EPRD has been awarded a project funded by IPA: “Institutional and capacity building in employment sector in Bosnia & Herzegovina”.

The project’s purpose is to improve institutional capacity of labour market management and employment service delivery at national, entity and sub-entity level and the project consists of four main components:

1. Establishment of effective labour market management system at national, entity, canton and Brčko District
2. Strengthening budget preparation mechanisms in institutions at all government levels
3. Improving employment service delivery at local employment offices
4. Strengthening capacities of the staff of employment services at all levels

The project will last 24 months and is funded by the EU through IPA funds with the value of 2,4 mln euro. The consortium includes: EPRD (Leader – Poland), SICI Dominus and Eptisa (Spain), PM Group (Ireland) and gsub (Germany).
