The European Commission’s Development Education and Awareness Raising (DEAR) Programme empowers the European Union’s citizens, especially young people, to take action on some of the biggest issues facing Europe and the world today. Prioritising projects working with young people, the DEAR Programme allows them to translate their demands into political change.
