The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the resources of national and local state administration and institutions for implementation and monitoring of waste management policy in order to comply with EU environmental acquis.

Qualifications and skills
- University degree in Economics or Finance or other relevant field or in the absence of university degree an additional 5 years of relevant professional experience above the general professional experience;
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Excellent communication skills.

General Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional working experience in the economic or financial sector.

Specific Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the EU Member States and/or accession countries in the development of financing plan for implementation of EU environmental acquis;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in cost-benefit analysis related to the environmental infrastructure investment projects.
- At least one project implemented where the cost-benefit analysis for infrastructure investment project has been performed in line with the EU Guide to Cost-Benefit Analysis of Investment Projects.
