The overall objective of the projectis to strengthen the resources of national and local state administration and institutions for implementation and monitoring of waste management policy in order to comply with EU environmental acquis.

Qualifications and skills
- University degree in engineering, environmental sciences or other relevant field or in the absence of university degree an additional 3 years of relevant professional experience above the - general professional experience;
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Excellent communication skills.

General Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional working experience in the field of environment.

Specific Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of environmental monitoring;
- Experience in field research, data collection and statistical modelling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solid waste monitoring.
